Bill Bishop is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice GroupTax & Estate Planning Practice Group, and Business & Corporate Law Practice Group. His practice includes advising corporate, individual, and family clients on a broad range of tax, business, and estate planning issues, including specialized multi-generational wealth transfer; business sales and acquisitions; asset protection; preparation of wills and trusts; estate and trust administration; probate; tax dispute resolution; charitable planning; marital planning; and business succession planning. His practice also includes creating and advising an array of business entities, such as corporations, limited liability companies, and tax-exempt organizations on tax, governance, compliance, and employee benefit matters.
