Professional Experience

Perry Wilson concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and construction law. He focuses on working with family-owned and closely-held businesses. Perry is a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate Law Practice Group, Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and Construction Practice Group. As part of his business and corporate law practice, Perry serves as general legal counsel for and advises the boards of a number of businesses in Arkansas. He has negotiated and formalized the sales and acquisitions of numerous small and mid-sized businesses totaling several hundred million dollars in transactions. He has litigated more than 35 jury trials to verdict. From 2000 to 2002, he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas. Perry joined the firm in 2002.
