Professional Experience

Jim L. Julian has been engaged in litigation since 1979. He has concentrated primarily in representing corporations and individuals in their general litigation, including business and commercial litigation, product liability, toxic tort, environmental litigation and property, and casualty matters. He has served as lead counsel in major contract disputes, multi-party toxic tort claims, and complex environmental litigation. Jim is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, Products Liability Practice Group, Insurance Practice Group, Environmental Practice Group, and Governmental Relations & Lobbying Practice Group.
