Professional Experience

Carter Fairley has been with The Barber Law Firm since 2002. He has been a member of the firm since 2007, and he coordinates the firm’s 24-hour emergency response team. Mr. Fairley is an AV Preeminent attorney, as rated by the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, the gold standard in attorney ratings. Having tried more than 45 cases to verdict, he is regularly sought as litigation counsel for major corporations and other businesses having legal issues in the State of Arkansas. Before joining the firm, he was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the 18th East Judicial District where he successfully prosecuted drug crimes, sexual assault crimes, property crimes, and homicides while receiving a great deal of jury trial experience. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice GroupTrucking and Motor Carrier Practice Group, and Products Liability Practice Group.
