Cale Block concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and business law, construction law, utility/regulatory law, and mergers and acquisitions. Cale is a member of the firm's Business & Corporate Practice Group, Construction Practice Group, Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group, Regulated Utilities Practice Group, and Bankruptcy Practice Group. As part of his practice, he assists small to large-sized businesses with a wide range of legal needs, including handling disputes, drafting documents, and buying/selling businesses. Cale's clients see him as a problem solver and a valued member of their team. As a member of a full-service business firm, Cale's focus is to assist his clients in achieving their full potential by using all the resources at his firm's disposal. He thrives on helping clients find creative ways to accomplish their goals and strives to add value wherever and however he can. In addition to his practice as an attorney, Cale is also a certified Arkansas mediator.
